Production Of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF)

The wastes accepted to our plants for refuse derived fuel (RDF) preparation under our licence are processed taking into account their calorific values and heavy metal contents. At the end of this preliminary treatment the wastes are converted into small pieces for an appropriate feeding into cement factory. The wastes reduced to the desired particle size are sent to cement factories to be used as the additional fuel. This use of wastes as an alternative fuels in cement kilns ensures obtaining maximum energy from the wastes. The whole energy in the material used for clinker production in the kiln. Thanks to this technics, the inorganic elemenst inside the incinerated waste replcenecessary raw materials and become part of the cement which allows the recovery of the not incinerated part of used waste and thus the need to remove the slag and ashesis eliminated.
